5 pages. This is a summary of the problems that were found to be prevalent in the last Presidential election with some possible solutions using Internet-based software and ATM technology. The strengths and weaknesses of this software are discussed. Also covered are reasons why people to not turn out to vote in higher numbers. Some suggestions for getting people out to vote are considered. It is felt that if Congress stepped in, as well as the individual states, to organize the voting method and make it easier and more consistent that voting would be a more popular and more well-attended event.
